Other than fasting, what other natural approaches are there to eliminating cancer cells?

There ARE studies that show low sugar diets kill cancer cells. Here's one of them:

That, I'm afraid is meaningless. One of our neighbours treated her mother's cancer with alternatives, all the way down until the poor woman died in agony.

Lots of things can kill cancer cells - outside the body. They are very frail when outside the body.

None of the things you listed are of any benefit against cancer inside the human body.

If alternate/natural treatments are proven to work they stop being alternate and just become medicine. 

Radiation occurs naturally, we have just harnessed it's use.

Many chemotherapy drugs are plant derived or based on naturally occurring elements like platinum. It is how they are administered that makes them medicine.

Add: the study that "Lisa M" cites does not actually show that fasting cures cancer,  it shows that fasting can lead to rapid uptake of substances including medical treatments for Glioma.

There's over 500 alternative natural cancer cures and the reason why there are so many is because none of them work. If fasting or anything else kills cancer cells then why do you need more?

All wrong.  There is no proof whatsoever to this.  I have not heard from one single expert that fasting can destroy cancer cells, so not sure where you getting this info.  Crazy what people will believe.
