What does 'M/w CLBL' mean for financial bonds?

I know that "CLBL" means "callable," but, I'm stymied about "M/w"!

It stands for 'Make Whole" giving the bond issuer the option to pay it off early in a lump sum. Might be used if interest rates were to drop to more attractive levels and they want to retire more expensive debt without paying all the high interest. Not used very often because of the lump sum requirement.
