What should President Biden and the Democrats do as the Republican senate does nothing as always?

with the fifty percent of Republicans who refuse to get vaccinated and allow covid to destroy this county.

    Start ignoring them because they don't want to be part of the solution. Which essentially makes them part(?) of the problem!!!

    As for the idea that 50% of Republicans refuse to be vaccinated. That is a number you just made up. How do I know you made it up? Because 100% of Republicans have not yet been eligible for the vaccine.
