Is this logo balanced? Help me improve it?

I designed this in photoshop and I'm not sure of the shapes and if they are balanced. 

Does it look that way to you?

    I'm not sure what balanced means in a graphic design context, but I like the asymmetrical shapes and I think it's eye catching.

    It doesn't look eye catching. It looks like Haunaka candles but whether it is or isn't it still looks bad.
