My Dad is getting out of prison in 2 weeks and I have no idea where he is going to live I'm the only person he has and I have nothing myself?

    Make that clear to him, his probation officer, his social worker, and his doctor. If you try to help him, they won't. If they think he has no other help, they'll probably help him get started, even if he's at a halfway house.

    There are Half Way Homes he has available for him to get back on "his" feet.

    if you have a place maybe he can stay with you

    He should be looking into "halfway" house situations.

    He is NOT going to live with you.

    He will probably be sent to a half way house first until he finds a job and can make his own living.  Then he will get a place of his own.
