Americans would you recommend KFC, if I buy chicken breasts daily anyway, is it worth trying KFC for the skin and the ingredient on the skin?

It's delicious, that's why there are 20,000 stores everywhere...it is fried so not something to eat daily, but very yummy...

It's delicious, but very bad for your health...your heart and waistline in particular. So I don't recommend it.

That would depend. You have to understand that KFC in one country is usually not the same in another. From experience, I can tell you that KFC in Japan is awesome. I would not have a problem eating there although it costs a little more than KFC in the US. Unfortunately, KFC in the US is unreliable in that you may find one that is good and CLEAN, but most KFC places in the US is kind of dirty, messy, and the food they sale is the same way. It wasn't always like this, but these days I would not recommend KFC in the US.
Whether the KFC in your country is good or bad is something you will have to find out. As to costs, eating out is always going to cost more than buying the ingredients and cooking it at home. When you eat out, you are paying not just for the food but also for the convenience..

I can't recommend it, as some stores are absolutely delicious, and other sites are gross beyond description.
If you're going to give it a try, study the online reviews as though you were prepping for a final exam.

I adore KFC chicken, but I only eat it once or twice a year .. it is very high in fat and not very good for you.

You should try it for the same reason you go to any restaurant: it's someone else's cooking. The "ingredient on the skin" is a coating of flour with spices, then it's put through a pressure cooker. The only secret is which spices.

The majority of Americans do NOT eat KFC at all. None. Nada. No Way Jose.
Very few of those that eat KFC eat it daily -- there is so much better available.
I haven't gone to KFC for over 30 years.
I do not recommend eating fast food. I do not recommend chicken every day. I do not recommend deep fried food every day.
I do recommend learning how to cook and enjoy eating your own food.

My wife loves KFC, I think it is disgusting. Of course, I have only had it like four times in my life, but that was four times too many.
