If my godchild has a child is their child my godchild too ?

I was wondering how that works since we are not blood related and being a godparent is an honorary title .  I figure my God daughter Savannah has a child it is up to her and husband to decide if I am their child's God parent too.  It's not something that happens automatically.

    Only if your godchild asks you to be their godparent.

    You are her godmother. It will be up to your godchild to choose a godparent for her baby.

    There is no such concept of a “Godchild” or “Godparent” in the Bible.  It is simply a tradition of man.
