Would it be very hard for me?

I'm almost 20 and I'm scared about my life. My parents didn't do anything to prepare me for a big life as they tried to raise me as a little mommy-son who can't do anything on his own. They did everything for me, even my homework. I wanna sing, but I can't, because my parents never tried to teach me how. I wanna achieve something, become somebody in life, and they didn't help me a bit. I need to fix my health cause I have problems now after years of ignoring everything by them, and they don't give a damn. They literally put zero effort into my education and now after 20 years of doing nothing, they say, "well, you're already 20, go and do everything yourself now, earn money, and fix your health..." So now I wanna pay for my health, for college, for lessons that I need, for an apartment to rent and work at a job where I can attend to without any diploma but with health issues... How am I gonna make it? I'm just afraid I won't have enough money for everything I need and nobody cares.

Update:

And if people want to say that I'm just complaining like a little baby.... I think I have the right to complain. I bet your parents paid at least for something in your life...

Update 2:

You guys definitely didn't read the part where they DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO FIX MY HEALTH... Is it normal around people?

You are product of today's society.  Every problem is the fault of someone else.  You blame your parents, but not yourself.  Accept some real responsibility and make the effort to be productive in life.  No one owes you anything.

They do everything for you so take one thing, anything and do it for yourself. Good ideas of where to start...

    1. Wash your own clothes

    2. Make a sandwich, breakfast or dinner

    3. Buy your own groceries

    4. Tidy your own room or bed

Little things but once you see how easy they can be, you'll start doing other things. Got to remember that one day they won't be here for you and a partner certainly won't want to become your parents.

Do one thing to make your life better and your brain a little smarter each day.  Like building blocks these things eventually add up. We've almost all been worried about falling flat on our face in life.  Use your frustration as motivation. Things can take years to build yet fall apart in seconds.

Welcome to adulthood. You are exactly where everyone is when they are 18 or 20. What happens to you depends on how you react to it,
