Why isn't my built-in webcam working?

    in what? what are you trying it in?

    try right-clicking the Start Button, and click Device Manager. is it on that list under cameras? if it isn't, try scanning for new devices.

    if it IS there, try deleting it, then scanning for it again. then try to use it again.

    you may also want to check the Camera permissions in Settings.

    It's either the driver is not installed or the webcam itself is broken.

    some softwares require that you select the camera before it turns on

    Install the driver.
