Like Israel should Native Americans be able to take back their lands through the UN?

Can the NATIVES USE OLD BASLESS CLAIMS in modern times like the israelis or jews do based on something in a book?

Update:

Don't use the we are gods chosen nonsense or that land is ours. If we use that logic then we should be able to apply it to all others whom had their lands stolen/ and or was removed from them by others.

If Israel is for the sake of keeping it soley jewish then why aren't other jews in neighboring countries leaving?

There are no Jews to speak of in neighboring countries; they have all been forced out or killed.  Israel, when it was founded, allowed all residents to stay as full citizens as long as they were willing to live peacefully.  That is why 20% of Israeli citizens are Arabs [or Palestinians in more current language.]  During the 400 years of the Ottoman Turkish Empire, there was no "Palestine" officially; before that, it had been a Roman Province and then got passed back and forth between Muslim and Christian empires.  In the late 1800s the Jews began calling the area Palestine informally, as they wanted to develop their own government there.  Arabs didn't particularly like the term Palestine until 1967.

I'll have to agree with you my friend.

They could at least try to get the majority of their lands back.

    Thank you for sharing

    Hello Asker "GEORGE BUSH EARPIECE",

In their question-details the Asker wrote:

    "OLD BASLESS CLAIMS".

    My response:

A nice try at attempting to de-legitimize the land of Israel as the ancestral homeland of the Jewish people using atheist-beliefs, but the Jewish people have had prior sovereign states in the land of Israel, one of which post-dates the Bible.

The Jewish People are the indigenous people of their ancestral homeland of Israel with unbroken presence there since Biblical times:

Israel is Re-established within the Jewish ancestral homeland. The Jewish People have had previous sovereign states in the land of Israel, for example - Map of the post-Biblical Jewish Hasmonean Kingdom of Judah (aka Judea) including: West Bank, Gaza, and Golan Heights, capital (what is now EAST) Jerusalem / “Old City”; between 110 BCE / 754 BH and 63 BCE / 706 BH:

No because they stole it too from the people who can only see in the moonlight. People think they were Scottish or Vikings and settled here before the devil Cherokee chased them off. Think Fort Louden or Fort Mountain tells the story...
