Have you studied any language other than English?

There's over 100 languages on the planet and college requires taking at least a foreign language course for 2 years. If you have seen a doctor or lawyer you are probably familiar with Latin.

I'm currently studying Japanese. I'm not fluent, but I'll get there eventually!

I'm currently studying Japanese, it's really an interesting language, although the grammar is a bit hard because it's really different from English.

French and Spanish. My next one will most likely be Mandarin, but I want to be at a higher level of Spanish first.

Latin, Spanish, Italian, French, and Chinese.  I grew up speaking Greek and English.  I also speak Spanish and Italian.

French for 5 years at school, German for 3 years at school and 4 years of my apprenticeship. Greek for 1 year at night school.

I picked up a little Welsh when I lived there after leaving school, Dutch and Portuguese from friends in the Netherlands and Brasil.

I also know basics in Spanish, Magyar, Czech, Swahili and Polish through work and travel and can get a general idea of the meaning of written Germanic languages.

Yes of course.  I've dipped into hundreds probably.  There are about 3000 languages BTW.  I'm fluent in Spanish, French and German, and know lots of others such as Gothic, Latin, Greek, Gaidhlig, Hebrew, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese and so on.

Yes.  I live in Canada, and I was required to take a year of French at the University of Ottawa (Science students needed only one course), and I was also required to study it while in the military.  All officers have to be English-French bilingual.

I've studied bits of other languages as well, but not all that much.

There is actually a lot more than over 100, there are over 7,000 languages in the world. Other languages I have studied are French while in school and also my countries national language of Welsh.
