when getting the tattoo, the tattoo artist can see the breast and vagina then?
no I mean, will it be covered in some ways. like covering the nipple.

That is something that would most likely be carried out by a female artist.

She could try going to a blind tattoo artist or making the tattooist wear a blindfold but that is not a good idea. The purpose of getting a tattoo seems to be to enjoy it and to enjoy sharing it with others. That is not possible unless we get it done in the first place. We all use specialist professionals for specialist jobs and tattooing is no different.
