highly doubt your 21 and have no identification

Any reputable tattoo/piercing shop will still want to see your identification.  As would bars, liquor stores and cigarette vendors.  Or law enforcement officials you may encounter on the way.

It may be totally fine, but always be prepared.

Is it so outrageous to expect someone to ask for your ID?  Why not carry it with you always? You are 21, you are fully adult and fully responsible for your life.

What if your uncle needs you to drive? There’s no reason to leave the house without your identification in your possession.

If all this is because you don’t have identification...why in the world not?  Refer to previous sentence.  You are the CEO of your adult life.  Take charge.

I doubt it. People have probably used that line before - "I don't have ID but this is my uncle and he says it's fine."
