Legal help!?

So i submitted my paperwork for my name/gender change and they sent it back bc i filled it out wrong. Would it be bothersome to them if i printed out a new form and sent it back because i also realized i put down the wrong last name in some areas lol. or is that name im changing it to already in the system??

WHERE matters.  In MY State the application would have been "logged in," and you would need to respond by correcting the form, not submitting a new application.

Um they might figure it out on there own if half the names are your original name, but that's just a guess. I would get a new form, they get paid to do that.
