A tourism degree is not worth much in most markets as there are far too few full-time ("real") jobs in that field for the numbers of graduates. E.g. entry-level jobs on the management track for major hotels & chains commonly require master's in hotel management, or MBA with emphasis and/or experience in the hotel/hospitality industry. What's the market for that tourism degree in your country of citizenship? It is NOT a ticket to working abroad!

If you want to specialize in Korean language studies, you must study in Korea. Of course, you will need some fluency in Korean language to start with.

U.K is a far better option. 

I don't have any idea where you're from, but it doesn't really matter. If you have the option of enrolling in a university in the UK, take it. You would have to be completely insane to choose coming to South Korea over going to the UK. South Korean universities are not internationally accredited. Sure, with a Korean diploma you'll enjoy limited recognition, mostly here in Asia. China, Japan, Southeast Asia and Central Asia - your diploma would be fine there. But are you going to be looking for a job in Thailand or Uzbekistan? If not, get a real degree. People who come to Korea to study Korean imagine that they'll be working for Samsung, but instead they find themselves going back to their podunk villages back in Mongolia or Indonesia and giving Korean lessons to people who are applying to come here to work as housekeepers. You're nearly 30 years old. Most people your age graduated with a Bachelor's degree in their early twenties. You're already a decade behind. Don't think that you're going to hit the ground running at 35 with a worthless degree from some Korean university nobody outside of Asia has ever heard of before. You won't. Go to the UK. This ought to be a no-brainer.
