Are neck tattoos are painful?

They are only painful when you are forced to live with them or other people are forced to look at them.

I did not find it that bad.  Compared to the ribs and chest the neck is easier.

I got my neck tattoo in july and honestly it wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be. It was probably about a 7/10 but it also depends on your pain tolerance

sure it's painful if a person has low pain tolerance.

probably, back tattoos may be painful too as they could be around your spine which can be sensitive
