Is this bad? Tooth help ?

Ok so today i got a new toothpaste (colgate optic white) and while i was brushing it felt like there was something stuck between my teeth so i got floss and it started bleeding(between my tooth)!!! i also noticed two white spots above my teeth.. this might be the toothpaste bc it started fading while i was rinsing it but i’m not sure... now it just hurts

    That sounds like tonsil stones.

    You'll need a mouthwash similar to Listerine.

    Or, since I happen to be a rando Internet person and not a dental health professional, you should go see a dentist.

    Cavities go to the dentist! Edit: I had the same issue a few weeks ago, just got fillings! Good luck.
