About the Corona virus?

In case someone in your family gets the virus and recovers; then in case that person would decide to give some of his blood to any other person in his family who did not get the virus would that make them immune to the virus then?

That's not the indication for what we call convalescent serum treatment for. There are risk associated with giving somebody your blood. One does not do so unless it is medically necessary in order to justify the risk. Only if the person were to get sick would that be indicated for.

Theoretically if one were to do what you suggested then it might help prevent severe disease or even infection but it would only last for a few months at the most. Then it would go away.
