I need to do SOMETHING about the communication. What should I do?

I'm so tired about the communication that goes bad.

While I play chess with somebody on line. The system goes bad. It freezes the game. Timer runs out. In order to continue to play I have to click restart and take the lost. Then start over on next person.

Again what should I do?

Should I call somebody to check out my system and possible fix it themselves?

    call your ISP to complain.

    if your computer is over 10 years old, get a new one.

    If you're playing through a website or online game, report the problem to them, or see if there are user forums to discuss the problem with other players and figure out a solution. 

    Problem might also be your connection? If your wifi is spotty or your internet service is slow or something like that, could be the problem?
