Why don't mentally handicapped people say anything besides their own name?

This question is very confusing because I don't know how someone has been able to be with every single mentally handicapped person in the world to know that this happens or to even come up with this phenomena enough to want to get an explanation.interior was thinking I had a lot to learn now I'm confident I don't have as much to learn as someone who needs to start from preschool and learn the basics especially in this field. I have been around autistic and mentally handicapped children and adults and this is never one's happened so where have you been where this was even remotely happening where they just say their own name?

If you messed with a liberal, a conservative, or anyone else, I'd laugh it off....but messing with the mentally ill...dude, you better change your tune or there will be a special place in hell waiting for you.

I have been around many people who are mentally handicapped all of my life, and I have never know this to happen.
