An English question...?

Which one does sound better?

A) Wall acrylic paints.

B) Acrylic wall paints.

    Definitely 'B' 

    Wall paints can  be oil based, or water based media.  Acrylic is jusst another carrying medium .

    It's not a question of better.  A is just plain WRONG.  English as rules about the order of adjectives.

    The function of the paint is for covering walls, therefore it must be closest to the noun.
