Stupid....... The UK doesn't have the assets to coordinate greater/more well off countries. The UK is a functioning member in NATO, they are a predominant power, alongside Russia/China/USA.

Stupid....... The UK does not even have the resources to match  bigger/wealthier nations. The UK is an active participant in NATO, they are a dominant force, along with Russia/China/USA.
