Nope. Bill Gates is a weird guy with no real social ability and Fauci is a political animal more than a scientist. Both are too self centered than to actually do anything good for the world that would not benefit them.

I'm pretty sure Fauci has now been on both sides of just about every issue related to COVID over the last 11 months.
Gates won't save the world, but he may solve a world wide problem one day with his technology based solutions philanthropy.
