Why is Trump replacing Pentagon officials with Trump loyalists when he is on his way out?

Trump is currently replacing Pentagon officials with Trump Loyalists and the election lawsuits are looking like delay tactics to keep him in office until he can pull off a full coup of the American government. These actions are an earnest indication that this is no longer an extremest claim.

    The American people put him in the Office of President to drain the swamp of corruption and he has been upsetting and doing that ever since he went into office.  Our government has been selling us to the highest bidder which seems to be China at the moment.  The FBI knows Hunter Biden has been scamming foreign nations for his and Joe's profit for years.  They don't have the guts to tell the American people what they've found.
