Historically European social culture is more fixed with even the wealthy not being taken as seriously if they don't have the right pedigree (being the so called "nouveau riche"). The US isn't as absorbed in the concept of "old money" and any idiot here who can make a few can enter high society with the assumed respectability that implies.

In a significant ruling, earlier this month, the European Court of Justice ruled that an individual’s privacy interest in limiting the disclosure of personal information does not generally override the interest in public disclosure about company officials. The ruling protects the public interest in transparency about governance of public companies; preserves the capacity of stock holders to assess companies accurately and protect their legal rights with respect to them; and reaffirms the legitimacy of data processor access to personal information in public data bases about companies.

Europeans have a life. Americans desire money...money... money.

Americans are more prone to work towards prosperity while Europeans are lucky to barely make a sustenance living under their inferior forms of governance.

Because Europeans are too busy watching their backs and running for their lives from the African and Muslim refugees that have taken over there country?
