old iPhone 4?

i have an iPhone 4 iOS 7.1.2 (no SIM tray) can i network break it from Verizon since its on a old Verizon 3G CDMA network and if so can i put it on a different network?

    That particular model is not a so called "world phone"   which means that it's only compatible with Verizon and Sprint and nothing else, since it physically doesn't have the GSM radio that can link with other networks.  If it had a sim tray\GSM you might be able to get some type of limited service on an old iPhone 4 (3g is obsolete), but not on that model.

    Nope. Even if you were able to "flash" it to use another CDMA carrier, it wouldn't work because major carriers in the US aren't activating 3G phones anymore.
