How to turn a C grade into an A or B? ?

Right now, I have a 75 in my statistics class. That’s just for the homework, which constitutes 15% of the grades. We had our first test recently, and i’m pretty sure I made at least a 70% on it (tests account for 55% of the grade). We have like 25-30 more homework assignments left this semester and 3 more tests and one final exam. How can I turn my C into an A? Is it still possible?

By getting perfect scores on the rest of your assessments.  You'll do that by studying more and or getting help from the teacher or a tutor.

The hard reality is that if you are gettin low C's now, the likelihood of you suddenly getting A's is low.  With hard work, a more realistic goal would be to earn a B in the class.  To do that, you will still need to get a high A grade on at least one of the remaining tests and solid B's or above on the rest of your homeowork.

If you are asking a mathematical question on whether you can get an A or B, you should be able to solve that on your own.  If you are asking what to do to improve your grade, I suggest you take outstanding class notes, that you read the textbook slowly and carefully and taking outstanding notes, that you follow worked-out textbook problems line by line to understand them, and if you are stuck you ask your professor.
