Remember when we went to raves?

Underground raves and outdoor dance parties were so much fun back in those days. They had loud music pumping from giant speakers like techno, house, dubstep, industrial, and electronica. Raves often had black lights, laser lights, neon and strobe lights everywhere as well as visual effects and fog machines. And these parties would go on all night long on the weekends.

Thank you to all those people who set up these events. We had some awesome fun.

They were really something looking back. I remember sometimes having less than an hour's notice to get to the venue and setup the decks/ lighting.

The outdoor ones were my favourite back when Aceeeed was a thing. lol

I was too young when they were all the rage, and I don't think they really existed when I turned 18. Sorry that I missed out cos I hear they were great fun. Do they still happen anywhere these days?

You are describing the same type of club dances of the 1960's  through the 1990's

Most raves are illegal because they have no alcohol licence and no security.

I never went to a rave. I led a dull life.
