Why is my stomach so dry all of a sudden?
I’ve never really suffered from dry skin on my body but now only my stomach feels really dry then when i put cream on it almost instantly it looks dry again but doesn’t feel dry

It sounds like it may be some sort of eczema (which tends to be red and puffed up and can bleed, often caused by dry skin) or quite possibly something called 'ichthyosis vulgaris' (characterized by dry skin that eventually forms hexagonal scales). It would depend on what your skin looks like, though.
