Could someone explain to me why the phrase, Black lives Matter should supersede ALL LIVES MATTER?

I can't. But the "all lives matter" mantra is used to deny or disguise that blacks are disproportionally the victims of police shootings. Of course all lives matter. But if one problem is greater then we need to put greater focus on that for the time being.

because not all lives matter. only black lives matter. nobody else does.
