They want you to believe in them so that they can return you to the bondage of Egypt.  Look at the hieroglyphics left on the walls of Egypt.  Do they look natural and normal to you.  They speak of death and the inordinate affections that man has with beast.  They admitted to have lust for beast created a legacy of freakin half human, half beast ruling over mankind.  It caused the great flood of Noah, mankind defiling himself with every beast and everything.  God has promised to destroy us all because of this by fire next time.  That is the direction that Rich West is pointing to.  He wants you to communicate with these types of creatures to turn you away from the path of freedom.  They dwell beneath the earth in hell.  They do nothing but create oppression daily for us.  Why would you want to communicate with them?

I had never heard of him until reading your question, but if he thinks the Earth is flat then plainly he is a crank. 

This is a hodge-podge combination of popular "spiritual lore" and "Conspiracy Theory" all packaged together to be a "sale-able" package to sucker those so inclined to believe ALL these things.------

Rich West is either deluded, or a fraud.  Given he sells online courses on his website, he’s most probably the later. Nothing he talks about has any factual basis in reality.

My actual opinion, Karen, is that you should switch over to Life in Jars. It's a series on this man who studies what develops in sealed jar environments. It's fascinating, wholesome and soothing. I just watched his one on baby toads. He keeps them sealed for long periods. As in a year or more. He of course removed the toads when they were done being tadpoles. That was in a sealed aquarium. Okay!

Pet rescue ones can make you all sad and hate people. Be careful there. 

You might also like the Fish Whisperer and Townsend. Fish Whisperer feeds stuff to turtles, catfish and bass. Townsend does cooking demonstrations and spews facts about era more or less around Revolutionary War time. Very gentle, not political, recipes like how to make your own pemmican, how to make your own cheese and apple-onion-meat pie. It sounds gross but it actually looked really good. 

You might also try someone who debunks crap like you listed, cupcake. Conspiracy theories are all the rage, for some reason but come on...eh.
