How can people find an apartment, in NYC, more easily if they have bad credit and have low income? This is for a friend.?
The person makes 40,000-45,000 a year.

They don't find them easily - bad credit + low income aren't a great catch for a landlord. So they'd be looking at places in less nice areas, generally. Or sharing with roommates

Let someone co sign or get a roommate.but what’s going on now I don’t think she should rent especially in a expensive city on unknown times right now with the economy
