Legally, what is it called if a person who owns a house is in a coma? And the person's family wants to sell the house.?

The person that's in a coma cannot express their wishes on what to do with the house.

    If the sick person has not previously given a POA that includes the power to sell the house, then the family will have to ask a court for a conservatorship with that power.
