Were there dinosaurs 20,000 years ago if not why did the caveman draw them?

This is just one of the cave drawings that depict dinosaurs and these cave drawings are not millions of years old! They're dated between 17 and 22000 years old! Why are there pictures of dinosaurs in these pictures and why is there a picture of a man over there in the left?

Since there are quite a few cave drawings that actually depict dinosaurs nobody's getting best answer. Answers like it's a fake cave drawing is just plain foolish there was obviously some kind of dinosaur around for them to be able to draw a dinosaur
