Opinion in astral projection? ?

Yes it's real but it's not that big of a deal. I've had it several times.

Ask a person who claims to have this ability to project himself into a locked room in your house and identify something you secretly put on a table in there. Or something you put on the roof of your house. If he can't correctly and accurately describes the object, you know he is not seeing anything astrally. 

You will quickly find that this is all total BS. 

It is just a bunch of bogus "Kuso"! There is no astral plane or astral body. 

I was Astral Projecting in grade school, float up to the ceiling then when I came back to my body it felt like a huge rock was on me. I have done it many times

Until someone can do it in a lab or use it in a practical manner (which would be very easy) it is bogus. With the many many folks claiming to have the ability if it could be done it would have been already.

Well, The CIA et al calls it "Remote Viewing" . it s a THING as we can experience and describe it. (Even if it may be a simple "mental exercise")----Trick is, "Is it really what it is alleged to be?"-------I our "Soul" or an "extension of our brain" or "Thought field" reaching out beyond our body, or is it some sort of other phenomenon?-------Apparently the CIA and NSA thought it was USEFUL, whatever it really was, for some 20 YEARS, before they were ordered to stop using it (In an "open secret" any way)  word is, it is still used in a deeper layer of secrecy.----Nothing is keeping any of us from testing it out and experiencing the "exercise" though----to see if it gives any VERIFYABLE results, or just for the fun of it.------There are plenty of books and online articles.----You know the old saying "Don't knock it until you have tried it."-----Remember the universe and matter is not "hard edged" or "Solid" as many of us think it is.  Everything is ultimately WAVES and not little "marbles" which makes more things at least POSSIBLE.

You're not using English correctly: "Opinion OF astral projection. Is it real, or bogus"?  It's bogus. A bunch of crap.
