Is Greece a failed state now ?

Not really it is still a very beautiful place with hot women and traditional unique houses it's better than in the UK to be honest.  

If it wasn't for the EU. Greece would have hit rock bottom.

Well, no, Greece is not becoming a failed state, she is just in a big debt, and the definition of failed state is: a state whose political or economic system has become so weak that the government is no longer in control. but the Greek Government is still is control.

Hardly; they've got some of the lowest Coronavirus rates in Europe.

Also; Greece is a country, not a state.

Greece has been bailed out by the European Union central bank more than once, but they are not failed yet.
