There is an SCP that took over furniture warehouses.  It can shapeshift.  It believes that its confinement was based upon its illness.  Its argument is that these people are sick and are not confined.  He is a very tall white male.  It sounds like this is the residual affect of his ability.  He did a ritual that placed mice into mattresses and sofas.  Furniture that was and has been stored in the warehouses affected by this SCP will harbor mice essence within the paddings.  The room is now affected by the SCP, so just removing the mattress may not thoroughly remove its affects.  Us some permethrin fly spray to ride the room of the parasitic affects fo the SCP, rinsed down with hydrogen peroxided to remove affects of hante virus that is carried by mice.  This should help, but you need a new bed. I think you may be experiencing a psychological phenomenon, perhaps related to sleep paralysis, hypnagogia, felt presence, or similar. If it is a problem I'd suggest talking to a doctor or sleep specialist.
