I Planned to take the caravan down & spend a couple months or so around the Laredo Tx area this winter.

Not too many other tourists in that fairly warm area & life is pretty cheap & easy.

but  a few bad omens occurred that soured me on it so I spent the winter here inside & online instead.

Probably just as well the bad omens stopped me because the lonely mood I'm in this winter I would probably have brought some Chiqueta back & have to haul an extra 125 lbs around on the back of the scooter all summer.

If one of them cornyviruses dont get stuck up my nose & kill me before then Ill probably head down south around Xmas time next winter & come back in March or April.

No.  It doesn't get super cold where I live.  Last time it snowed might have been last millenium.  We get frost some mornings, but it's not a killing freeze.  Looks like our tomato plant outside survived the winter, and is coming back.

No because I hate warm weather. Winter is my favorite season.

I wish I could escape to warmer weather.

Nope.  I fully embrace winter (and I live in northern BC Canada where we have real winter).  I love skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and of course hockey.  Winter is my favourite season.

    Because cold weather is cold.

No. I try to find colder. We have mild winters where I live.

Well I am in the house anyway...just too dreary but it should get better tomorrow.

No, I'd actually prefer to do the opposite.
