Where is hot, sunny & beachy place?

I live in Australia and I’m looking to move to a town or city place near the beach where it never gets cold & that has a warm, sunny weather feel all year around. Somewhere that in daytime rarely gets below 30 degrees celsius all year, hopefully never. A place that people could go to the beach all year around because the weather is sunny, warm & nice. I live in Australia & somewhere in this country would be helpful. I am looking for up the coast. I want a place that you could easily start sweating just due to the heat.
