No. It IS sex-based discrimination not to have larger facilities for women since it takes them longer, and long lines form outside. That's biological. But more and more places are going to single-use bathrooms that anyone can use, but one at a time.

No. It would be sex based discrimination if there was only a bathroom available for one or the other.

Since there is both a women's and men's bathroom available.. Then both genders have equal access.
