What is the name of this film?

Ok so I watched this very gory film years ago and I will give as much I information as I can.

So theres this young woman who get kidnapped by this older woman and keeps her in this room and sleeps just on a mattress. She get these 2 blokes to beat her and other stuff every day and what this woman is trying to do is get her close to death as possible until the beaten woman can see a glimpse of what afterlife looks like at the end she skins young woman alive then finally she shes what's on the other side then the older woman get her to tell her what she sore then she shoots her self because what ever she told her it was not a good afterlife and that's all I can remember
