Do you think this guy is a potential threat?
So there's this guy I know, he's Somali-American and Muslim. Hes told me numerous times he doesn't like America & basically talking sh*t about America.. but recently, I was on his social media and I seen he was liking quotes by Anwar Awlaki (Al Qaeda recruiter) . I once read articles about Somali American (or other race) young men who joined ISIS & al Shabaab & one thing was always the same (they started watching/ retweeting quotes by Anwar Awlaki before they joined ISIS, etc or committed acts of terrorism). Do u think this guy is a potential threat and would u report him?

He is at risk of becoming radicalized, if he hasn't been already

Sounds like you might want to report him. Please think of those who could lose their physical lives, includng you if you are close in proximity to him, if some angry person goes wild.

Definitely you should report him.
Social media is where these organisations do their grooming.
