Surveys : Travel within the USA.?
If you have visited the states from another country or an American that travels to different states. Which states were the best. I have been to 17 but interested to know if others have been to different area and liked them
Colorado, damn nice place & great snow boarding. I loved NYC and hope to return. California is cool but full of Samoans. Not been to New Mexico, so i add to my list

I’ve been to 20 states, mostly in the west and mid-Atlantic east coast region.
Been to Nevada, Utah, New Mexico and Arizona several times and live in California for the time being after spending my whole life in Colorado.
Not gonna lie, as a Coloradan every state without a high point over at least 10,000 feet is not worth visiting.
The east coast is cool though; the DC area and DelMarVa peninsula were very charming. Nowhere else like NYC in the US. Toronto comes close but it’s not quite the same.

I've seen 30 states. For my speleology, military service, or civilian employment.
For the same reasons I've visited Australia, Asia, Canada, Japan, Mexico, and
Oceania. My longest stay was in Oceania. I frequently have day only outings
into British Columbia. YouTube video of one attraction, VEDDER MOUNTAIN.
shows one free year-around volunteer maintained recreation area. I've done
others afloat or elsewhere.

- Sedona, Arizona
- Santa Fe, New Mexico
- Joshua Tree, California
- Asheville, North Carolina
- Manitou Springs, Colorado
- Gainesville, Florida
- Eureka Springs, Arkansas
