What causes people with thick hair to have hair loss

Part of the normal cycle of growth, shedding, resting and renewed growth. Shedding hair is 100% normal. The hair roots need time to rest so after several years the root stops producing keratin, the hair sheds, the root rests for 6 months to a year and then begins producing a new hair. Hair that never falls out or sheds is impossible -unless you are a pregnant woman. For everyone else in the universe, hair loss is a fact of hair-life.
