for tourist visa, than it charges other Nations - (because of US role in destabilising Chile, and the result to it's then President?).

This is all just in 2017 alone: 118M to Ecuador, 517M to Columbia, 118M to El Salvador, 257M to Guatemala, 180M to Hondorous, EVERY SINGLE SOUTH AMERICAN COUNTRY receives aid from us.
