Where can I buy CBD OIL, I am in Australia, Melbourne, I am also 16, and I want CBD Oil, is it possible to get it without my parents knowing?

    from what I understand CBD oil doesn't give you a high so you would be wasting your money, so if you need it for any other reason why can't you ask your parents
