    Absolutely not, no. Bahamas is 100% Bahamian, and very proud of it.

    Bahamas is a certified member of the Commonwealth Of Nations, and Queen Elizabeth II (who is also Queen of the UK and Queen of Canada, just to name a few) is their on-paper head of state. But very much like Canada and 52 other sovereign countries, The Bahamas are a completely independent nation.

    If you haven't been to The Bahamas, you're missing one of the finest experiences the world can offer. The culture, the food, the music, the people... there's a reason they call that place paradise.
