No, he was freed on bail, the police couldn't stand the smell or the constant parroting of "You lying idiot troll" and "Is everyone in your family a moron or is it only you" or "I do got three degrease"

No because there is no such person as the queen's ex butler. The same as there is no such person as the queen's alleged nephew. Despite what the trolls on here may think or say.
