at the end of April, 2019 I will be in San diego. Can I go to Tjuana for the day without a passport?

    Tijuana is a cesspool. Not only do you need a passport to come back, but I wouldn’t go there in the first place.

    If Trump closes the border, even a passport won't help. But yes, you need a passport to get back into the US.
