How to bring off-ice personality on the ice?

So I am a figure skater and today my coach said that I need to have more personality on the ice. Apparently I am a completely different person on the ice. I am very extroverted off the ice and introverted on the ice. I tried taking her advice but I just can't do it. It seems so easy but when I actually tried being more like me off-ice I feel awkward. How do I make myself more fun on the ice? (srry if this doesnt make sense i tried my best to explain it lmao)

Update:

I completely forgot to check the answers.  It's been two years but I think I figured it out guys.  Thank you for the advice! <3

Play music you like/are comfortable with, to your next lesson. Interpret it, be it vocal or instrumental.

Don't worry about "looking silly" or being self-conscious. Go with the vocals, or instrumentation.

I've seen so many skaters just skate their programs, and not have fun afterwards. Skating doesn't have to be serious all the time. Good luck!

Just focus hard less on the choreography and forcing your extroverted self out for a second. Have fun when you skate because if you have fun, your natural side will slip out of you in no time.

When you're out on the ice have fun with it, smile, play/flirt to the audience, even if it's pretend at first. Yes,ACT. It will feel awkward at first, practice doing it and you'll get the hang of it. Part of artistry is putting on a show, it's not just going through the elements in sequence.

That’s something your coach should be incorporating into your lessons and choreography. You’re probably just too focused and take your skating seriously so it’s hard to bring that other self out.
